Immediate need for fashion-loving customer service/sales rep in Sarasota, FL

compensation: $10/hrpart-time; hours based on meritWe're a jewelry brand growing very quickly. We currently have the need for a part-time customer service/sales representative that's hip, tech-savvy and interested in fashion! Must be quick to learn & have a kind and cheerful voice to speak to our customers. We need a part-time person, with potential for more hours. Based on merit.You will have to:- Be bubbly- Answer all incoming calls in a friendly manner, resolving product and service problems and transferring to the correct department.- Be a quick learner in order to become savvy in a short time span of our products and services. - Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services, sending out e-mail campaigns to current and potential customers.- Following up routinely on all current customers and potentials leads.- Gather all necessary information from all accounts in order to facilitate our Billing, Shipping and Advertising Department by having anything they may need on file.- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.Liliana Ortega3400 S.
