Inspector Apprentice Positions in Sarasota, FL

We are currently interviewing for Inspector Apprentice positions to cover two separate service zones. Zone One = Manatee, Sarasota, Hardee, & DeSoto counties; Zone Two covers Highlands, Glades, & Hendry counties.This is an entry level position with a REQUIREMENT for advancement (promotion) to Inspector after completing apprenticeship and industry continuing-education.Experienced inspectors, General Contractors, & Certified Building Contractors are welcome to apply.The duties of an Inspector Apprentice include:Training from Senior Inspector in all areas of equipment & preparationAssist Inspectors in all areas of home & condo inspectionsTraining from Senior Inspector in the proper collection and handling of samples taken for processing at the labAssist Inspectors with completion of inspection reportsAssist Inspectors in any other areas required to complete the job effectivelyRequirements:Total commitment to customer satisfactionHighest levels of professionalism & customer courtesyReliable transportationCriminal background checkDrug screeningNo calls please.
